Sports Injuries & Strapping Techniques

This one-day workshop focuses on commonly occurring sports injuries, the reasons why they occur, the special considerations of the athlete when putting together a treatment plan, and effective strapping and taping techniques used to manage both acute and chronic foot injuries in clinic practice.

 

What will I learn?

Different types of lower limb sporting injuries that can occur, the intrinsic and extrinsic risk factors that places athletes at risk of injury, how to manage commonly occurring lower limb sports injuries, including learning several different strapping and taping techniques.

All tools and materials are provided for use on the course 

 

Course Fee: £125 

Includes all course materials, a practical workbook, a certificate of attendance, light refreshments, lunch and the opportunity to purchase kits and discounted products available only at the CPD event.
