Returns & Exchanges

Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied.


SHORTAGES, DAMAGE & LOSS


All shortages, breakages or discrepancies MUST be advised within 7 days of receipt, quoting your order number, and we will be happy to find a solution. Where liability is accepted, the only obligation of the COMPANY shall be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non-delivery and / or replace any goods found to be damaged or defective and / or refund the cost of any such goods by a credit note.  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Please note that GOODS being returned for credit or exchange will NOT be accepted without prior agreement.


Please complete the Returns & Exchanges FORM clearly stating the requested information including your contact and order details otherwise full credit including VAT cannot be given.


GOODS being returned due to customer error will incur a handling charge of 10% (minimum) and any associated postage costs will be at the customer’s expense.


Please note that proof of postage and proof of delivery are required for all returns, and the COMPANY accepts no responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels.


Imperfect or faulty GOODS will be replaced, repaired or credited at the discretion of the COMPANY. Please ensure that you enclose a copy of your completed ‘Returns & Exchanges FORM’ clearly describing the defect or fault.


Orders for GOODS not listed on our website or which are of a special order nature cannot be returned, if supplied correctly.


GOODS must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.


All returned GOODS must be in a re-saleable condition, unused and in their original packaging as deemed by the COMPANY.
